Stay With Me (a Stray Kids RPG Maker Game)

You play as the wonderful STAY! A lovely person who finds themselves in a strange dreamworld. Upon entering the world, they meet a strange Sprite, who gives them the task to help the residents of the dreamworld, otherwise none of them can escape.

GAME UPDATE: A few glitches have been fixed, so now you can enter the "stay" room near the end of the game! It has messages by STAY for Stray Kids
EDIT: I've been getting a few DMs asking why the only option is a "girl" but the character doesn't actually have a set gender! For pronouns the character is referred to as they just once, but other than that no pronouns are used. Partially my fault for the confusion cause I only mentioned it on instagram (and I think in a few tiktok comments

Endings:
I had to delete some to make the game file fit, so basically it's just sad or happy ending (the compass ending had to be reduced to some extra dialogue and basically turned into Back Door)
Warnings:
swearing and some sudden sounds
*Potential character death depending on how you (this isn't a game ending more like a game over, like when Mario falls in a hole or gets hit my a fireball)

Sometimes while downloading a file can be corrupted, so once you start the game I suggest saving/changing settings to make sure everything works before you're halfway done the game so you don't lose anything
If a file is corrupted just delete it and redownload

This game is amazing! Stray Kids is my favorite Kpop group and i am so amazed that a stay made this game! This very creative and I hope they put more stuff to this game in the near future <3

Hey! I just finished playing the whole thing for the first time! The spoilers will be at the end, this part is to ask if anyone could help me with a problem.
So, throughout the whole game the ending images wouldn't load. I always got an error screen that said "Loading error: Failed to load..." and the name of the file (the image, i assume). Idk why this happens so if anyone could help me I'd appreciate it!
*This next part will contain SPOILERS so pleaSE DON't read if u don't wanna get anything spoiled*
I really enjoyed playing it omg. All the little notes and references were adorable, and the way they all talked about eachother warmed my heart. I liked how the crystals represented each one of them, and tried to guess which one was whose. I got most of them right! I also thought it was very funny how Jisung tried to write Wow again... and the remorse when he got his memories back. And the little puzzles after going to Minho's place were fun too! Idk, overall I enjoyed playing it a lot~
I'm very curious about the real ending tho, but I'm usually very bad at RPGS (as you can see, I got the ending in which Chan sacrificed his very existence for the boys to go back- couldn't stop crying. He'd absolutely do that for them if he thought there was no other way so that's exactly what got me into tears. Besides, CAN YOU IMAGINE A WORLD IN WHICH HE DOESN'T EXIST??? no i don't wanna live there) so I reloaded, chose the right option and got the Good endindg 1. But still........ I'm not satisfied, I need to know (knower? knoer??) the REAL one. BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET ITTTT AND THERE'S NO WALKTHROUGH YETTT ADMKLDASJD I need to replay it but I'm scared to make the same mistakes all over again and end up with the same endings haha.
I'm still thinking about why I chose the skz postcard. I knew in my heart it wasn't the right one but I thought "Oh well, I wanna see every ending anyway so it doesn't matter". It did matter now I'm scarred (just kidding, just being dramatic lol). I really didn't think I would cry.
It's 03:30 am so I should go to sleep but I'm still thinking about that REAL ending... .... .......
the game only has 2 endings, and I’m making prequel game
(I had more endings up the file was too big so I had to delete them)
Oh! I did read that on the post but I guess I got confused while reading the art credits! Anyways, can´t wait for the prequel~ :D

Just finished my first full run through of the game! I loved it so much! I especially loved Felix's little elf ears and the music that was chosen for Hyunjin's room. Thank you for making this game, it's such a cute game, and I look forward to checking out your other games in the future :D

hi! i am stuck on the first level because i simply can't punch anything :( i clicked and double clicked and ran into the wall with cracks or the blackboard but it doesn't break

u have to hit save and then select a slot to save on, the game has multiple (so u can save at different points)
hi, i just wanted to tell you (as a feedback) that it's really difficult to interact with the crack in the wall in the classroom. i'm not completly done with the game and i keep getting stuck in the classroom, because the interaction with the balck board just doesn't work. if it's a mistake on my side, lmk!! the game is really interesting and fun tho :)

it's awesome and has a really interesting storyline! even my mum likes it hehe...when it told me to choose a postcard for chan, i saved the game so i could experience both endings. the ending with the skz postcard made me cry :( and the other ending was good too ! thank you for the game ~~
I'm having trouble saving my game (I'm playing on a mac btw if that matters) And I was also wondering how to exit out of the options page? I pressed "x" but it says there's an error so I have to exit the game without saving.

I tried saving my game when I got to the part where it says one wrong answer would mean game over, but it keeps playing an error sound effect and doesn't let me save.

that usually means a file was corrupted while downloading (otherwise u hit save, and then select the save file you want to save it on, it has multiple)

the character doesn’t have a gender...(it was made on the female character creator but Chan, Jisung, Hyunjin’s were made on it too)
I added the fact that they aren't a specific gender into the post now! I'd already mentioned it on other platforms but I forgot to mention it in the actual game description I hope that fixes any confusion :)

I’m up to taking Changbin to Seungmin’s places after seeing hyunjin disappearance. But I got paranoid that I didn’t collect all of the photos, so I went back to Minho’s place to see if I missed anything. But I forgot once you enter in Minho’s area, it’ll change it to the crystals. I tried going through the purple one, where I’ll go through but the screen just goes black? So I’m kinda stuck here ;-;;
yeah sometimes if you leave an event early the game glitches (the photos don’t have any plot significance anymore I had to delete that ending to make the game file fit, so they’re just for fun)

Thank you for making this game :) i had a lot of fun playing it and i really liked how you put the little inside jokes from the fandom in and everything. I hope you make more games like that but please don't feel pressured to do them. I really liked the endings and everyhing. Thanks again :)

For those of you who are having trouble, I had to download itchio to be able to download the game..hopefully it helps.
Aaaaa I started the game clueless and excited at 6pm and its 9pm and i finshed. (finished both final endings) That was such an amazing game :D I just stayed at my screen for ages i didnt wanna stop playing lmao. It was really fun. There were only a couple weird glitches but they were only like getting into areas i shouldnt be able to, and repeated dialogue even if i already passed that bit. But even so, it was such a cool game <3
umm i have been trying to play the game but the controls don't work and i have to restart the game for it to work. :(

now when i try to open the game and load a save it just black screens, will try again after a while

Hi, my game won't save. I have used my macbook (therefore also used the MAC version), should I try my windows computer instead and the windows version. Or does anyone know why it won't let me save my game?
press x then you should see like a menu and click on sav
can someone help me what to do after downloading it?
open the file and it will ask you to extract the files, extract them and after that in the folder there will be an archive called "game" open it and your done :)

Idk if your still having trouble, but I extracted the files then looked through it, there should just one icon called "game. Just press on it and it will start running it. :)

Hi! Just wanna say that I absolutely love the game and it's so cute. I just finished it, and I have no idea which ending i got :(. I don't know if its a good or bad one but the screen had some rings on it? It doesn't say which ending it is. (Also if u ever decide to update the game could u add smthn in for the broken compass pieces like 1/8 found or like that bc idk how many ive found so far)
